A Great Day in Bayard!
The August Tree New Mexico planting in Bayard was a success! It was wonderful to be part of a project that makes a lasting difference—adding beauty to our neighborhoods, strengthening our sense of community, and creating spaces we can all be proud of.
A big thank-you to the volunteers and coordinators, Kendra Milligan and Loretta Marrufo, for helping make the planting possible. And thank you to Angelica Padilla Music, the City of Bayard, New Mexico, and the Bayard Beautification Committee for a fun Fiesta in the Park afterwards!
The next planting will be in Hurley on October 17. 
Together, we’re growing a greener, more beautiful Mining District.
